In Kanban & Business templates, there’s a dedicated tab for the list view. Here’s a brief overview of its features:

Add items

You can easily add items directly from the list view.

Item information

Within the list view, you can see various details about each item, including assignee, reporter, due date, estimation, status, priority, subtask list, linked issues and creation date.

You can also update this information right from the list view.

Item Grouping

You have the ability to group items based on different criteria such as status, assignee, due date, and priority. In the top right corner, you’ll find a “Group By” option.

Let’s look at each grouping option in detail:
  • Status (default) By default, items are sorted based on their status, such as Todo, In Progress, and Done.

You can also drag and drop items to change their status, which works only in the default status grouping.

  • Assignee You can sort items based on their assignees, making it easier to view tasks assigned to specific team members.

  • Due date Items can be sorted based on their due dates, helping you focus on upcoming deadlines.
