- 1. Add New Document: Users can simply add the document name and start creating a document. Furthermore, they can add multiple pages to the document.
- 2. Add New Folder: By creating a new folder, users can add multiple documents to it and add multiple pages to each document file.
- 3. Upload a File: Users can upload a file, video, and image as a document file and share it with others.

Add pages
Users can add as many pages as they need in each document also there is no limit on the number of characters (although this limit may change in the future) they can add to each document.
In the top left bar, it will show the following feature:
- Back button: This button allows users to return to the main document list.
- Star icon: Here users can mark the document as a star/favorite.
- Edit icon: Users can easily modify the main document name from here.

Left menu bar
Document’s Page List: It displays a list of all the pages users have created within each document.
Additional Actions: When clicking on a page, users can perform the following quick actions:
- Duplicate the page.
- Copy the page link/URL.
- Move the page to a different document folder.
- Access the page’s history to view previous revisions.
- Share the page by opening a pop-up to display the page URL and provide a copy button for sharing with others.
- Search Bar: Users can search for a page by its name.
Add Page
This button allows users to add new pages to the selected document folder. Each page can have multiple subpages into them. Please refer to the image below.

Drag & Drop
Users can easily move the page up and down as per their desired location.
Expand Collapse section
Users can expand and collapse the left-menu section from here by simply clicking on the icon.
Create Page
Each page is divided into two sections page name and description.
Page Name/Heading:
It takes the following data as a page heading
- 1. Images/cover images that users can select from the KiteSuite’s gallery or upload from their local machine or can add the image’s link to show here. Of course, users can update or delete the added images in the future at their convenience.
- 2. Icons (emoticons): Different icons can be added to the page heading.
- 3. Text: Simple text can be added as the page heading.
Note:
It takes Images, icons, and text all together or can be used sparingly as per users’ convenience.
Page Description: It also takes images, content, and icons similar to
heading text. Users also have the flexibility to embed, add format, change text, and Inline options to have a better experience
1. Embed: Simply add a link to the third-party services (KiteSuite offers) users like to embed with KiteSuite. Instead of switching between different tools, it allows users to view all the information KiteSuite to have a reach and custom experience.

2. Formatting: Here you can select the page’s format you like to set and choose from here.

3. Text: Users can choose different text types and the format they like to use for the document page.

Top Navigation
- 1 .It will display the document owner’s name along with the profile icon.
- 2. History Icon: Users can easily navigate to the entire history of the opened page from here.
- 3. Share Icon: This provides users with the ability to share the document with others. They can simply select any of the members from the workspace or copy the link to share it with other people. Users can set restrictions on privacy, workspace, and public levels, for example: anyone with the link can view/edit the document.
- 4. Change document mode: To view the document select viewing mode this is the default view on the document and to make changes switch it to editing mode.
- Settings: Here users can change the document page’s settings whether the like to View or hide the following options:
- Page title & Icon
- Contributor
- Date updated
- Subtitle
- Page’s Author
Right Navigation
To make quick changes to the document’s page, users have access to the following options:

- Rename: Here, users can change the name of the current page they are creating inside the document.
- Export and Import: Users can easily export the document page in various formats, such as PDF, HTML, Doc, Markdown, and print. They can also import an HTML or Markdown file as a document page.
- Save as Template: KiteSuite also provides users with the ability to save any document as a template if they intend to reuse the same document type in the future. Users can simply add the template and select a category.

- Copy Link: To quickly share the page, users can simply copy the link from this option.
- Starred: Here, it will display all the pages the user has marked as stars or favorites within the document.
- History: Users can check the page history and can also revert changes to view previous versions.
- Show Archive: Here, users can check all the pages moved to the archive within a single document. Users can also unarchive any of the pages if needed.
- Move to Trash: To view all the trashed pages, users can check here and also have the option to restore pages within the trash.
