Epic

Welcome to the EPIC screen, where you have the ability to create Epics and populate them with individual items.This screen offers a comprehensive view of all the items associated with an epic, showcasing their status, including Backlog, active sprint, and upcoming sprint.

Backlog

Within the Backlog screen, effective work management of your backlog items and tasks is at your fingertips. Seamlessly initiate and establish sprints with utmost ease.

Board

On the board screen, you gain access to the active sprint’s status and details. Initially, no items appear on the board screen as no sprint has been initiated. The board screen offers an organized view of your active sprint’s progress and related details, enhancing your project management experience. The board screen showcases the active sprint’s specifics and provides an overview of all list names within the project. Let’s delve into the board screen’s features:

Item

Usually sprints are broken down into user stories. Each user story is then further divided into items or tasks.

Project templates

KiteSuite provides three different templates: Scrum, Kanban, and Business. These templates are designed to improve the way you organize your tasks.

Project setting

The project setting is the same for all project templates. From the project setting screen, you can rename the project, you can manage the people, roles, and permissions, and many more things you can do in a project setting.

Mobile App

KiteSuite offers the convenience of managing your tasks and projects on the go with its mobile app, compatible with both Android and iOS devices. Here’s how to access and install it:

Inbox screen

In the inbox screen, you can access and manage your assigned tasks. Here’s a breakdown of what you can do:

Workspace

Think of a workspace as a digital container, much like a folder on your computer. Within this workspace, you have the flexibility to organize and manage multiple projects efficiently. It serves as a central hub where you can keep everything neatly arranged, making it easier to collaborate and stay organized across various tasks.

List

In Kanban & Business templates, there’s a dedicated tab for the list view.

Release

Creating a Release Using KiteSuite: After your sprint is complete and ready to release, keep track of it by simply creating release and adding notes. Below are the simple step-to-step guide for you.

Calendar

On the calendar screen, you can easily add both tasks and meetings. This feature allows you to organize and view these items based on their respective due dates. It’s a valuable tool for managing your schedule and keeping track of important events.

Create project

You can create a project in KiteSuite using various project templates. To create the project first you need to create the workspace, then only after you can create the project

Subtask

You have the option to add child issues or subtasks to an item. This feature allows you to break down and organize your tasks further, making it easier to manage and track your project’s progress.

Document

KiteSuite allows users to create and manage various types of documents and files related to all projects and workspace-related work. Project-specific documents are also available where users can simply select a document template to store or create documents related to the project. Below are some of the main features and flow of the document how it works and what is useful for users to benefit from while using KiteSuite as a project management tool.

Timesheet

All three templates have a ‘Timesheet’ screen. When you first open it, it will be empty. In the timesheet, you will only see items that have had hours logged on them.
